The Role

We’re looking for a talented Print Production with previous Graphic Design experience to own our laser printing, design and dispatch workflows systems.

You’ll:

Operate and maintain lasers and UV lasers printing process

Design artwork, lay-up printers for production, crop marks and output "Ready-to-Print" files

Handle all finished goods, application-tape, automatic strapping machine, prep and packing for dispatch

Create and refine graphics for customers

You’ll play a key part in ensuring production schedules are met

Perform quality checks at every stage to ensure near flawless production

Develops and maintains records

Liaise with customers and the workshop to guarantee a standard of quality

Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshooting

Daily schedule and allocation of the various jobs

Communicate with customers to understand requirements, present proofs and meet deadlines

Performs other related duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a candidate with previous experience in the laser printing process with some digital graphic experience

Proficiency in sending emails, keeping track of deadlines and goods being sent out

Experience with print production workflows.

Strong attention to detail

The ability to manage deadlines

Can work alone and still achieve required results

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to use Microsoft word, outlook

Basic understanding of mechanical processes

Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player
