We currently have exciting opportunities for Food & Beverage attendants at Restaurant II.II.VI and Ministry Of Crab, primely located at 226 Flinders Lane in Melbourne CBD. We are seeking talented and experienced staff to join our team and help us deliver a high-quality dining experience to our guests.

II.II.VI is more than just a restaurant; it's a culinary journey that celebrates the art of open fire cooking in a sophisticated and intimate setting. As we prepare to open our doors, we're seeking passionate and experienced front-of-house professionals to join our opening team. If you have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a premium dining environment and are eager to contribute to an exceptional dining experience, we want to hear from you.

Ministry of Crab is a renowned international brand established in Sri Lanka in 2011, and now has multiple locations across Asia. Ranked in Asia's Top 50 best restaurants between 2015-2021 and recently awarded One Chefs hat by the Good Food Guide, Ministry of Crab is a new addition to the Melbourne food scene serving locally sourced Mud crabs and prawns from Northern Territory and Queensland. Our cooking style encompasses Japanese techniques with Sri Lankan spices and Mediterranean flavours.

Positions Available:

Front-of-House Team Leader
Lead and inspire our front-of-house team, ensuring seamless service and an unforgettable guest experience.

Food & Beverage Attendants
Deliver attentive and knowledgeable service, guiding guests through our curated menu and wine selections.
