This well-established, Allied Health provider is excited to welcome a Rehabilitation Consultant to join their Return-to-Work team. With a focus on quality service provision, you will assist valued clients in achieving positive return to work outcomes. In their Penrith office, you will find a warm, social and supportive team of multi-disciplinary Allied Health professionals.
Alongside providing quality services, participate in tailored professional development that will see you achieve your professional goals. If you are interested in particular areas or leadership opportunities, you will be well-supported to reach your individual goals as you progress in your career.
Your role will see you:
Take a holistic approach & apply your skills to assist your client’s recovery from injury.
Conduct a range of discipline-specific assessments including Functional Assessments, Vocational Assessments, Assessments of Daily Living and more.
Workplace assessments & return to work plans.
Case management & reports- liaising with a range of stakeholders.
Restoring the functional performance and psychological wellbeing of clients to the highest possible level.
You will come to the role with the following skills:
Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology (with Provisional or Full Registration) or Rehabilitation Counselling
AHPRA Registration, ESSA Membership or ASORC Membership
High level reporting skills
A positive, professional, and friendly manner
Driver’s license and car
