The Role:

• Proactively manage a moderately sized caseload of Workplace Health clients. A focus on quality & achieving outcomes
• Workplace Assessments, Functional Capacity Evaluations & Ergonomic Assessments
• Attend case conferences & liaise with stakeholders to facilitate RTW outcomes
• Build great relationships & generate repeat referrals
• Actively contribute to a multi-disciplinary team environment
• Travel to visit clients - referrals allocated as close to your local area as possible
• Potential for some inhouse RTW coordination
• Training & coaching of other team members, for experienced Consultants

The Ideal Candidate:

• AHPRA-Registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or ESSA-Accredited Exercise Physiologist, with SIRA eligibility to perform Workplace Rehab services in NSW
• 1 year + of Workplace Rehabilitation experience
• A confident communicator, you excel in developing stakeholder relationships
• Comfortable working independently & in a team
• Energetic & positive, you enjoy making a difference in the lives of others
• Driver's licence & car
