Associate Director, Education and Training

An exciting opportunity exists to join the Health Education and Training Institute (HETI) as an Associate Director, Education and Training in the Mental Health Portfolio (MHP).

You will provide the educational leadership for the delivery of higher education programs for HETI and mental health training for the mental health portfolio. This includes the delivery and evaluation of education, assessments and resource allocation to achieve optimal learning outcomes.

The role is based in Sydney at 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards in a modern, purpose-built 5 star rated green campus that is well serviced by public transport and access to public parking. The building offers activity-based working conditions with agile and flexible workspaces and the latest in technology, modern end-of-trip facilities, and secure bicycle storage. There is an onsite cafe, and a 100-space childcare centre.

◦develop, coordinate, oversee and evaluate education and training networks, ensuring they support service delivery needs and meet operational requirements.
