An award winning multi-disciplinary studio is looking for a Senior Project Architect. Work on exciting projects, including mixed-use, multi-residential, and commercial developments.
The ideal candidate is familiar with the ADG and Australian Standards, and brings experience across a variety of project sectors. You will have excellent client-facing and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead meetings, communicate design intent clearly, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Adaptability is key, as you’ll need to excel across different work stages and typologies.
The right person will have a strong design sensibility and experience on local apartment projects. This company offers the winning combination of design experience and energy underpinned by outstanding leadership and a strong project pipeline.

Key responsibilities

Work closely with Director/s and contribute to the design development of significant projects

Lead projects and teams through early stages

Program the scope of services and provide regular advice on project performance

Attend site meetings to review and assess the built progress against the design intent and quality outcomes

Skills and experience

You will be a champion for design integrity

Strong communication and leadership skills

Portfolio of work including delivery of quality multi-residential projects

Able to manage multiple stakeholders

Ability to lead consultant co-ordination

Understanding of commerciality

Revit

Knowledge of Australian standards, BCA and ADG

Registration preferred
