As a Retail Sales Assistant at La Chica Boutique Bondi Beach, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating an unforgettable shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:

About you:

• Previous retail experience and customer service is essential. Minimum two years experience in a similar position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
