We’re looking for a qualified and experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team. The role involves installing ducted air conditioning systems under the Government Rebate Program, leading a small crew, and taking responsibility for day-to-day site operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Install ducted air conditioning systems to a high standard

Lead and manage an installation team onsite

Follow company and rebate program guidelines

Take and upload job photos for compliance and documentation

Ensure every job meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards

Communicate with management and clients as needed

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience installing ducted air conditioning systems (2+ years preferred)

Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent qualification)

Driver’s licence & White Card required

ARCtick licence preferred but not essential

Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership ability

Reliable, motivated, and takes pride in quality workmanship
