Installing a mix of ducted, VRF, multi-head, and split systems

Working across Melbourne on domestic and light commercial jobs

Using ServiceM8 to manage your day efficiently (no messy paperwork)

Staying organised, well-stocked, and ready to knock over jobs smoothly

Building genuine connections with customers who value your input

Collaborating with a team that checks in and supports each other daily

🙌 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Experienced HVAC Installer (VRF, ducted, multi-head & split experience ideal)

Refrigerant Handling Licence, White Card & Driver's Licence

Well-presented and professional with great people skills

Someone who’s keen to grow, not just punch a clock

A strong communicator with pride in their work
