Are you an experienced HVAC installer ready to lead projects and take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join our team and deliver high-quality installations across Melbourne. You’ll be working independently, managing on-site installations and overseeing an apprentice, while collaborating closely with our Operations Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The Opportunity:

What You’ll Be Doing:

Full installation of commercial HVAC systems

Mobile role covering Melbourne and surrounding areas 🛣️

Representing the business professionally with high-quality workmanship

Following all safety procedures and compliance standards 🦺

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of HVAC installation experience (commercial strongly preferred)

Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

Valid Working With Children Check, Working at Heights Certification & Construction White Card

Refrigerant Handling Licence & D Electrical Permit

Own basic hand tools
