About the Role:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Account Manager for our Blue Collar Division based in Smithfield. Focusing on opportunities to develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major national accounts, this vital role will encompass both temporary and permanent placements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a consistent presence through regular client site visits
• Efficiently fill high volume client job orders.
• Create and manage employee rosters based on client requirements.
• Ensure high quality customer service through proactive client liaison and account management.
• Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including on-boarding, performance management, and terminations.
• Address employee issues related to payroll and workplace health & safety (WHS)
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and casual employees.
• Perform necessary administrative tasks to support operational efficiency
• Sales activity - building and maintaining relationships with prospective (and pre-existing) customers

About you:

• A professional attitude with excellent communication skills and you will be very self-motivated
• A proactive approach, with a drive to succeed whilst remaining focused on process
• A strong background in recruitment - Blue Collar - Warehouse & Logistics is advantageous but not essential
• Previous experience in high volume and contract recruitment
• Proven Client Management and interpersonal skills
• An aptitude for working in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• A hunger to succeed
