About the role

At Titanium Caravans', we are seeking passionate and skilled Caravan Factory Workers to join our dynamic team in Campbellfield, Victoria. As a Caravan Factory Worker, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing process, contributing to the production of our high-quality caravans. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to be part of a growing and innovative company in the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting in the assembly and installation of various caravan components, such as walls, floors, roofs, and fixtures
• Operating specialised machinery and tools to fabricate and install caravan parts with precision and efficiency
• Performing quality checks to ensure the finished caravans meet our high standards
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to support the manufacturing process
• Collaborating with team members to identify and implement process improvements
• Contributing to a positive and safety-focused work culture

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly-line environment, preferably in the caravan or recreational vehicle industry
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and other specialised equipment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality work
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
• A keen interest in the caravan and recreational vehicle industry
