Industrial Electrician (FMCG) -Day Shift

What's on offer:

$55/hr (~$114,440/yr) + super + OT

Plenty of optional OT (weekend/afternoon PMs) , great OTE

Day shift: choose 5:00am–1:30pm or 6:00am–2:30pm

Stable, permanent role with the ability to learn from a control systems expert who is regularly on site to assist with PLC issues

The role:

You’ll handle reactive and preventative maintenance across:

Automated conveyor systems, production lines, robots, packaging machinery

VSDs, PLCs & HMIs

Electrical fault finding, basic online changes, and reliability improvements

You’ll collaborate closely with talented mechanical fitters and an on-call controls expert who’ll actively support and mentor your Automation capabilities learning first-hand, on site.

Must have:

A-Grade Electrician license

Automation exposure with ability to make basic online changes & fault find

Comfortable in food manufacturing environments (safety, hygiene, GMP)

Keen to deepen skills in control systems and automation
