About the Role

Join a large multinational manufacturing company with over 30 years of innovation in industrial and waste management equipment. We’re expanding our in-house electrical team to reduce reliance on subcontractors and deliver faster, safer, and more efficient operations.

This is a hands-on, highly varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, support service technicians with installations, and play a key part in improving site efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct electrical maintenance and repairs across the manufacturing site

Support service technicians with installations, fault-finding, and troubleshooting

Ensure compliance with Australian electrical standards and WHS regulations

Collaborate with production teams and electrical engineers to optimize operations

Contribute to streamlining workflows and reducing subcontractor reliance

About You

Qualified Electrician with industrial/manufacturing experience

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, safety-first approach

Team-oriented, reliable, and excellent communicator

Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
