About the role

As the Arrears Collections Assistant Manager at Anytime Fitness, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's debt collection efforts. Working as part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of delinquent accounts and implementing effective strategies to recover outstanding payments. This full-time position is based in our Narellan NSW 2567 office.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Making high-volume outbound calls to members with overdue accounts

Updating and managing member records with accuracy

Negotiating and collecting outstanding payments while maintaining positive relationships

Investigating and resolving payment issues to support members and the business

Providing professional and friendly customer service while working towards set targets

What We’re Looking For:

A confident and professional communicator who enjoys talking to people

Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections with ease

Someone who thrives in a target-driven environment

Great attention to detail with strong data entry skills

Previous experience in collections, customer service, or call centres is a plus, but not essential
