Job Description

We are now seeking experienced New Car Sales Executives ready to take their career to the next level in a high-performing, structured, and road-to-a-sale driven environment.

About the Role

• Follow our proven Road to a Sale process from greeting to delivery.
• Manage enquiries with speed and professionalism, both online and in-person.
• Conduct detailed customer needs analysis and present tailored vehicle solutions.
• Upsell finance, warranty, and aftermarket products to maximise every opportunity.
• Complete accurate CRM documentation for every interaction.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries, ensuring an exceptional handover experience.
• Maintain deep product knowledge across a wide variety of prestige brands.

Qualifications

• Currently a New Car Executive or experienced prestige sales professional.
• Process-driven with proven success following a structured sales approach.
• Strong closer with the ability to maximise every lead.
• Well-presented, professional, and confident in building rapport quickly.
• Competitive and results-oriented, with a winning attitude.
• Excellent written, verbal, and digital communication skills.
• Full driver’s licence.
