Are you an enthusiastic HR professional eager to make a difference? We’re looking for a passionate individual to join our People Experience team as a Human Resources Officer in a full-time, permanent role at our Eight Mile Plains office.
In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our team members and leaders by handling a variety of HR tasks with care and precision. While we enjoy casual Fridays and team lunches, we take pride in delivering exceptional service to our clients, stakeholders, and team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle HR requests, onboarding/offboarding, and employment agreements with attention to detail.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for transactional HR queries.
- Develop and deliver compliant employment contracts and related documentation.
- Maintain excellent service and ensure a great candidate experience.
- Enhance HRIS systems (including UKG) and provide insightful reporting to leadership.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel)
Required Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in human resources, psychology, business management or other relevant discipline
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (P)
- Current Working with Children Check (P) – State Equivalent
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Right to Work in Australia
- NDIS Orientation Module – Quality, Safety & You
