We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Tech Support Specialist to join our dynamic team based in Hallam.

Key Responsibilities include

Reporting to the Directors, the main responsibilities of this role will include:

Provide technical support to our clients

Influence and drive a strong, high performing team culture

Manage stakeholder relationships, both internal and external

About You

Great work ethic

Previous experience within automotive industry, locksmith industry sectors or key cutting preferred

Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills

Strong time management and organisational skills

Technical minded, trouble shooting & problem solving

Be confident, self-motivated and pro-active

Proficient organisational & time management skills

Attention to detail

Microsoft Office knowledge
