People Supervisor – Darwin NT

We’re looking for an experienced People Supervisor to join our leadership team supporting a large, multi-site operation across the Darwin region. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people development, compliance, and building strong workplace culture.

About the Role

As the People Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our teams are supported, compliant, and set up for success. You’ll work closely with managers across seven business locations, overseeing:

People compliance – onboarding, documentation, and adherence to company and legislative standards

Training structures – developing and maintaining effective training pathways for all levels of the team

Conflict resolution – supporting leaders to manage workplace issues calmly and professionally

Employee relations – assisting with investigations, documentation, and fair decision-making processes

This is a dynamic role that balances hands-on support with strategic oversight. You’ll be the go-to person for all people matters, ensuring our team members have a safe, fair, and positive experience at work.

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

Previous experience in HR, people leadership, or multi-site coordination

Strong knowledge of basic employee relations and compliance processes

Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

A genuine passion for helping people grow and succeed

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment where every day is different
