Applications are sought for the position of Full-Time or Permanent Part-Time

Operations Supervisor at our Katherine Depot.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Co-ordinates and supervises the operations of the contracted bus services.

Consult with schools, Councils and Government Departments relating to services operating within their respective areas.

Monitors radio channels and assists staff with operational issues.

Communicate with customers, and respond to feedback on service performance and development.

Investigate and respond to internal and external service concerns

Conduct training duties as required

Assist with Administration tasks as required.

Perform a variety of tasks with flexibility and a team-first mindset

Ideal Candidates Should Have:

A desire to develop and mentor staff.

Able to adapt to, follow and enforce Territory Transit policy and procedures.

Strong independent working skills within a small team

Critical thinking and excellent communication skills

Computer literacy (advantageous)

Possess a current MR or higher License with H Endorsement and Ochre Card

A friendly, positive, and supportive approach to working with depot staff and management
