AKAutos is seeking a talented Highly Skilled Motor Mechanic to join our dynamic team in Maroochydore, where your expertise will be recognized and valued. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing expert automotive repair and maintenance services on a variety of different makes and models of vehicles. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a small family business with a supportive and collaborative work environment.

What you'll be doing

Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle makes and models

Conduct routine maintenance and servicing to manufacturer specifications

Perform general mechanical work including car servicing, mechanical repairs, diagnosis, tyres and wheel alignments.

Liaise with the office to understand the customers vehicle issues and provide timely, professional solutions

Maintain accurate records of all work completed

Contribute to the continuous improvement of workshop processes and procedures

Ensure a safe, clean and organized work environment at all times

What we're looking for

Formal trade qualification in Automotive Mechanics or equivalent

Several years' experience as a qualified Motor Mechanic

Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle makes and models

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and customer service orientation

Commitment to maintaining a safe, tidy and efficient work environment

Valid driver's license and your own tools

Air conditioning license a bonus
