Client Services Support Officer - Permanent Full Time
Provides administrative and customer service support to the Business Development team, with a primary focus on managing referrals received through the My Aged Care (MAC) portal and relevant inboxes.
The Support Officer is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and processing referrals received through the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and the Home and Community Care Program (HACC). These referrals relate to services such as Spring Cleaning, Goods, Equipment and Assistive Technology (GEAT), and Home Modifications and Maintenance. The role involves liaising with potential and existing clients, accurately entering data into the CBS Client Management System (CMS), and coordinating with internal teams to confirm service capacity and availability.
Key responsibilities:
Monitor, manage and draw down referrals through the MAC portal
Respond to inbound calls and new business enquiries
Liaise with internal teams to determine capacity and availability to service referrals
Communicate with potential customers, identify service requirements and facilitate conversion of referrals
Maintain high-quality, accurate client records and notes within the CMS
Record, update, and maintain relevant data and reports
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and raising process or service enhancement opportunities
Take guidance and direction from members of the Business Development team.

What you bring:
Certificate III in Business, Business Administration, Community Services or other relevant field
Experience in a customer service role such as reception, office administration, hospitality, retail, call centre etc.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and experience using databases or client management systems (highly desirable).
Current Working with Vulnerable People Registration (or ability to obtain)
A National Police Check that is no older than 3 months (or ability to obtain)
Full Covid-19 Vaccination (including 2025 booster) and 2025 Influenza Vaccination
