About the role

BrightMindz Academy is seeking an experienced and dynamic Tuition Centre Manager to lead and grow our thriving tutoring centre in Point Cook, VIC. As Tuition Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the centre's operations, from managing a passionate team of tutors to driving business growth and delivering exceptional educational experiences for our students. This is a part-time role with the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of young learners in your local community.

What you'll be doing

Providing strategic leadership and operational management of the tutoring centre, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance management

Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team of qualified tutors to deliver engaging and effective lessons

Developing and implementing marketing and business development strategies to attract new students and grow the centre's enrolments

Ensuring the centre's compliance with all relevant educational and safety regulations

Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes creativity, learning, and exceptional customer service

Continuously evaluating and improving the centre's programs, services, and processes to enhance the student experience

Liaising with parents, schools, and the broader community to build strong partnerships and raise the profile of the centre

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership or management role within the education or tutoring industry

Strong understanding of the Australian education system and curriculum, particularly in the primary and secondary school levels

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with students, parents, and the local community

Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful marketing and business growth strategies

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

A passion for education and a commitment to helping young learners reach their full potential

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Education, Business, or a related field
