About the position

Technicool Air Conditioning has an exciting opportunity for a fully qualified service technician to join our team on a full-time basis. The role offers great variety, involving both maintenance and break down repair works to a varying range of equipment and clientele (commercial, government and domestic).

Vehicle, uniforms and iPad provided.

Remuneration is negotiable based on ability and experience

- Possess all necessary and current licences and qualifications to carry out your work (including but not limited to Certificate III in Airconditioning and Refrigeration, Construction induction card - White Card, Refrigerant Handling Licence.).

- QLD restricted electrical licence, required

- QLD unrestricted electrical licence would be desired, not essential

- Have a manual drivers licence

- Have full Australian working rights

- Possess skills in fault finding and love a challenge

- Have experience in simPRO mobile application desired, not essential

- Love interacting with a range of clientele in a professional working environment, whilst maintaining strong working relationships

- Maintain industry knowledge and monitor market developments, keep up to date with the latest changes and advances in HVAC

Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required:

Minimum 12 months' experience as a HVAC service technician, desired not essential

Refrigeration License – must be current

QLD Restricted Electrical License – must be current

QLD Unrestricted Electrical License, desired not essential

Construction Induction Card (White Card)

CPR / LVR

Elevated Work Platforms, desired not essential

Highly developed interpersonal skills

Solid understanding of OH&S Requirements

Strong diagnostics and fault-finding abilities

Excellent customer service skills
