With a growing team of 85 full-time staff and strong partnerships with leading commercial clients, over the last 12 months our continuous growth in the HVAC space allows the opportunity to welcome a new HVAC service technician to our team.

We’re now looking to welcome an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our HVAC division to support service, maintenance, and compliance across our existing client base.

The Role

Reporting to our HVAC Account Manager, you will:

Perform scheduled maintenance and servicing of commercial HVAC systems (including chilled water and condenser water systems)

Carry out fault finding and rectification work on a wide range of equipment

Assist with compliance testing, including full function fire testing

Support ongoing improvements and client satisfaction as we grow this part of the business

What We’re Looking For

We’re ideally seeking someone with:

Proven commercial HVAC service and maintenance experience

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

Experience with chilled/condenser water systems

Exposure to compliance testing (fire/function testing, etc.)

Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.

You must be a qualified HVAC technician with QBCC occupational License

Restricted electrical license

ARCTICK Refrigerant Handling License.

Current driver’s license.

Professional presentation and communication skills.

Bonus if you have:

Installation experience

Previous exposure to commercial clients or HVAC project environments
