Commercial Disputes Lawyer | Sydney CBD | Mentoring & Development Opportunities

The Role & The Firm

Our client is a top 20 corporate law firm that is in growth mode. There is no shortage and due to growth, the firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Disputes Lawyer. This is a role where you will 'hit the ground running', have high levels of responsibility and run your own matters.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be an admitted lawyer with at least 12 months pae:

• great organisational skills & attention to detail
• the ability to run with debt recovery claims, bankruptcy and statutory demands, caveats and enforcement actions
• experience in the NSW and Federal Court systems
• a positive & enthusiastic attitude
• happy to work in a small team environment & be a team player
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
