Are you a versatile flooring professional with experience across a broad range of surfaces and finishes? We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Flooring Installer to join our team, with expertise in:

✅ Carpet Installation
✅ Vinyl, Hybrid & Timber Flooring
✅ Flooring Removal
✅ Concrete Polishing
✅ Epoxy Flooring

About the Role:

You’ll work across residential and commercial sites delivering high-quality results in both new builds and renovations. From flooring removal to precision installations and polished finishes, your craftsmanship will help us exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install carpet, vinyl, hybrid, and timber flooring to a high standard

Perform floor preparation and removals, including uplift of old flooring

Carry out concrete grinding, surface preparation, and polishing

Apply epoxy floor coatings with attention to detail and durability

Ensure safe and clean work environments

Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Maintain tools and equipment

Requirements:

Proven experience in all listed flooring types and techniques

Strong problem-solving and surface preparation skills

A professional attitude with a focus on quality and safety

White Card (Construction Induction)

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Trade qualification or certifications in flooring (preferred but not essential)
