About the Role

We're seeking both experienced Fence Installers to join our crew. You'll work on a variety of fencing projects across residential and commercial sites, including Colorbond, aluminium slatting, timber, and mesh fencing.

What You'll Be Doing

Installation of Colorbond, aluminium slatting, timber, and mesh fencing.

Read and follow site plans and measure materials to size.

Dig and prepare holes for fence posts and set foundations.

Cut, assemble, and install fence panels and gates.

Maintain site cleanliness and assist in site preparation and clean-up.

Liaise with clients, project managers, and suppliers where required.

Ensure all work is done safely and to a high-quality standard.

What We're Looking For

Physically fit, hands-on, and keen to learn.

Proven experience in fence installation across multiple materials.

Minimum 1+ years of fence installation experience required.

Able to work both independently and within a small team.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and client-facing ability.

Current driver's licence and own transport.

Full Australian driver's licence required.
