A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Analyst to join a high-performing team within one of the largest retail operators in its sector. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Deliver accurate financial reporting, including month-end, forecasting, and variance analysis, with insights to support strategic decision making

Support annual budgeting processes and ensure alignment with operational goals

Conduct feasibility analysis on new sites, assessing revenue, costs, and margins

Partner with the commercial team on yield and pricing analysis to drive revenue optimisation

Assist with preparation of capital expenditure submissions and business cases

Undertake ad-hoc financial modelling to identify opportunities and cost management strategies

Provide support for innovation and transformational projects, including reporting process improvements

You will be degree-qualified in Accounting and ideally CA/CPA qualified. With 1–2 years of relevant commercial experience, you’ll bring strong financial modelling capability and advanced Excel skills. Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Anaplan will be highly regarded. To succeed in this role, you’ll demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, along with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
