As we continue to expand, we are looking for a commercially minded and results-driven Commercial Finance Analyst to support our finance team.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Head of Finance you'll play a key role in shaping business decisions through financial insight, analysis and forecasting. You’ll work closely with teams across finance, sales and marketing, providing data-driven recommendations that influence performance and support growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial analysis and modelling to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Deliver financial modelling, scenario planning and business cases for new initiatives.
Own budgeting and forecasting for all planning processes - Budget, Latest Estimates, Rolling Forecasts.
Prepare clear and insightful P&L reports for brands and customers.
Measure and analyse performance against targets, highlighting risks, opportunities and trends.
Monitor key financial and non-financial KPIs, profitability and performance drivers.
Collaborate with teams across the business to gather data, build insights and provide financial support.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
Proven experience in a financial or analytical role.
Strong analytical mindset with expertise in financial modelling and data interpretation.
Excellent communication and business partnering skills – able to translate complex financial information into clear, commercial insights.
Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik) is a plus.
Solid understanding of both financial and management accounting principles.
High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
