Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 (pro-rata) + Super + 5% of Profits
Job Type: Part-time growing to Full-time

Now, we’re expanding our services into Core Supports, and we’re looking for a passionate, experienced Support Work Team Leader to lead this exciting new phase of growth.

The Role
As our Support Work Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and leading a team of Support Workers to deliver exceptional Core Supports services. You’ll play a key role in developing a strong, participant-centred culture while ensuring high-quality, compliant service delivery.
You will:
Lead, mentor and support a team of Support Workers to provide outstanding person-centred supports.
Manage workforce planning: recruitment, rostering, supervision, and retention of staff.
Build and maintain relationships with participants, families and other stakeholders.
Oversee quality, compliance and performance within NDIS Practice Standards.
Identify opportunities for service growth, community engagement and new participant pathways.
Represent Holistic Care Aus with professionalism, warmth and integrity.
About You
You’re an experienced NDIS professional who loves leading people and building strong, participant-focused services. You bring energy, initiative, and local knowledge that helps you create impact from day one.
You have:
Proven leadership experience in NDIS, Disability or Community Services.
Deep understanding of Core Supports (daily living, household tasks, social & community participation).
Excellent people skills — you connect naturally with both staff and participants.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to compliance and quality.
A growth mindset and understanding of the local disability support landscape.
Qualifications in Disability, Community Services or Leadership (or equivalent experience).
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC and valid driver’s licence.
Bonus: You’re someone who already has strong relationships and a trusted presence within the disability community — you know how to bring people together around great support.
