Home2Home Therapy is looking for a full-time Physiotherapist to join our Perth crew! This role is a perfect mix of mobile home visits and clinic sessions, giving you the freedom to get out and about while still having a home base.

What you will be up to

Run thorough assessments and create tailored treatment plans

Deliver a mix of physiotherapy treatments – exercises, manual therapy, equipment setups, and more

Track progress and tweak plans so clients reach their goals faster

Team up with other health professionals to deliver holistic care

Keep accurate records and stay compliant

Work across funding systems like Home Care Package, Workers Comp, Medicare EPC, and NDIS

Who we are after

Degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)

1+ year of experience (rehab/aged care a bonus)

Awesome communication and people skills – building trust comes easy

Quick thinker with strong problem-solving skills

Passionate about learning and staying on top of best practice

Driver’s licence + willingness to travel around Perth
