Our modern Malvern office is your hub; our work happens in the community across Melbourne’s North, West and South-East. We support older adults (Home Care Packages) and NDIS participants to live safer, more independent lives.

The role

Full time Community Physiotherapist in Moorabin and surrounding suburbs. You’ll deliver home and community visits, evidence based programs and clear reporting for NDIS and Aged Care. You'll be backed by leaders who are accessible to help and who care about your growth.

You’ll be doing

Comprehensive physio assessments (mobility, function, pain, falls risk)

Exercise prescription & reablement programs with measurable goals

Gait/balance training, strength & conditioning, post-op and chronic rehab

Mobility and falls prevention, equipment recommendations/trials

Progress/plan reviews and concise reports (NDIS and HCP/SAH)

Collaboration with OTs, EPs, clients, families and coordinator

You’ll bring

FULL AHPRA physiotherapy registration + valid AU working rights

~2+ years’ community physio (NDIS, HCP, home/community visits)

Clear written/verbal communication; great customer service

A growth mindset and genuine teamwork

Nice to have: neuro/falls expertise, chronic pain management, vestibular, hydro

$1,500 annual PD allowance + 2 paid PD days
