Salary - banding options starting from $76,000 - $90,000 + Super + KPI bonus options
How does GenPhysio support our Physio Team
• Guided orientation into your new role
• Support from our in-house experienced team of Physio Supervisors in 1:1 and group settings.
• Build your caseload based on your learning/interests.
• MDT catch ups with your team of fellow Physios, OTs, Speechies, PODs, Dietitians and Exercise Physiologists.
• Head office-based client support team to remove the administrative burden from your week.

• Flexibility - whether its part-time/full-time, flexible hours or a 9-day fortnight - let's make your schedule work for you!
• Professional Development - $2,000 allowance that you can access from 3 months service and 3 days paid study leave.

• Work from home setup and starter kit - we supply everything you need to be set up for success: company laptop, mobile, printer, full PPE supplied. Once you have eased into your caseload, our support team are able to source and have delivered the right prac stock you need to properly support your clients as you get to know their needs.
Travel
Option of a fully serviced company car (when available) or an $8000 annual vehicle allowance (paid in each fortnightly pay run).
What do you need to have?
- Tertiary qualifications
- AHPRA registration (or eligiblilty)
- Drivers license & vehicle
- National Police Check, First Aid, and CPR (or willing to obtain)
- Public Indemnity (PI) Insurance with a minimum of $10m cover (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS Workers screening (or willing to obtain)
- Appropriate working rights in Australia
