What You’ll Do

Lead, motivate and train your team to deliver outstanding customer service

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including rostering, stock control and cash handling

Drive sales performance and achieve operational KPIs

Maintain Red Rooster’s high standards of food quality, hygiene and safety

Manage budgets, cost of goods and labour targets

Handle customer feedback and ensure a great dining experience

Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace health & safety standards

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 2–3 years’ management experience in hospitality or quick-service restaurants

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to manage teams and meet business goals

Sound knowledge of food safety and WHS requirements

Hospitality Management qualification (Cert IV or higher) desirable

Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings

A positive, hands-on attitude and genuine passion for great service
