Pet Breeder Support – Full-Time Role at Trupanion

About the Role:

In the Breeder Support team, you'll chat with dog and cat breeders every day on the phone, to share the benefits of our Breeder Program and free pet insurance. You’ll make and receive around 30 calls and also do 30 emails daily.

This is a full-time role based in our pet-friendly office in Port Macquarie, NSW. You're even welcome to bring your well-behaved dog to work! After probation, you also get free insurance for one of your own pets and free annual vaccinations. Exceptional applicants may be considered for remote work from home position.

What You’ll Do:

Make outgoing calls to breeders & explain the benefits of our program

Help onboard new breeders and build strong relationships

Achieve monthly goals and report results

Represent Trupanion with a professional, friendly approach

Work closely with your team and follow compliance guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

Someone who enjoys talking on the phone and writing clear emails

Cold calling experience or happy to learn

Great communication, listening, and people skills

Confident using Microsoft Office and using technology

Self-motivated, friendly, organised and detail-focused

Extra points if you’ve worked in a vet clinic or animal-related job
