About the Role:

Big Events don't just happen! They're crafted with care, organisation and heart - that's You! Lead a dynamic team of passionate individuals in bringing our Client's dream events to life.

Your duties will include:

Supervise and coordinate all banquet operations.

Prepare and manage banquet team rosters based on event requirements and hotel budget targets.

Attend and participate in BEO (Banquet Event Order) meetings and communicate all information with your team.

Collaborate and work closely with all internal hotel departments to ensure a seamless event experience for clients and guests.

About You:

Your skills and experience will include:

Supervisory or experience in a similar role.

High communication skills with a keen eye to detail.

Confidence in resolving guest disputes and complaints.

RSA mandatory.

Positive attitude with a solution-focus mindset.
