Position: Personal Assistant to Award-Winning Team Doogan - Jane Doogan and Dean McMurtrie (approx. 30+ hours per week)

Responsibilities:

Manage the teams calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings

Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the agent

Assist in preparing and organizing documents, presentations, and reports

Coordinate and manage marketing initiatives, including social media presence and promotional events

Conduct market research and assist in property research and analysis

Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Liaise with clients, other real estate professionals, and service providers

Qualifications/Skills:

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software

Real estate or administrative experience is a must

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

Real Estate Certificate and Drivers Licence required
