The Role & The Rewards

The Vibe: You'll be the ultimate team leader—mentoring staff, managing inventory and driving sales. You will ensure every customer leaves happier than when they arrived. You’re the one to dial in our grind and our positive experiences.

The Roster: This is a full-time role. As a hospitality business, you'll need flexibility, but we're committed to fair rostering that respects your work-life balance.

The Pay: We know your skills are valuable.

Base Salary: $70,000+ per year.

Profit Share: Opportunity to improve your earnings through profit-share incentives tied directly to the store's sales performance. Your success is our success and we want to reward you.
