Rich River Golf Club is seeking a dynamic Golf Package Sales Co-ordinator to drive growth in our golf package sales market by developing, promoting, and selling innovative golf packages.

Rich River Golf Club is one of regional Australia's leading golf and hospitality destinations. With two championship 18-hole courses, a 64-room motel, dining, entertainment, and a brand-new 23-room 4-star accommodation facility opening in Winter 2026, we are proud to deliver outstanding experiences to our members, guests, and visitors from across Australia.

The Role

As our Golf Package Sales Co-ordinator, you will:

Proactively sell golf packages to groups, corporates, and tour operators.

Convert enquiries into bookings, ensuring exceptional customer service.

Develop tailored packages combining golf, accommodation, dining, and entertainment.

Build and maintain relationships with travel partners, golf tour operators, and repeat clients.

Identify opportunities to grow new markets, including interstate and international golf tourism.

Work closely with the marketing team to promote seasonal offers and new packages.

About You

We're looking for a results-focused professional with:

Proven sales or customer service experience in hospitality, tourism, or golf.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

A proactive approach and the drive to achieve sales targets.

Excellent organisation, follow-up, and attention to detail.

A genuine passion for delivering memorable customer experiences.
