Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking a Corporate/M&A/ECM Partner to drive the continued growth of its expanding Perth office. Joining as the Head of Practice Group in WA, this is a rare opportunity to establish and lead the Perth practice, supported by a national platform and strong leadership team with a high-calibre client portfolio.

This strategic appointment will involve building out the Perth Corporate/M&A/ECM practice, leveraging a strong national platform and existing tier-one client base. You will join a collaborative and fast-growing partnership that advises public and private companies, multinationals, and government clients across:

Local and cross-border M&A

ECM, including IPOs and rights issues

Directors' Duties

Shareholder and Joint Venture Agreements

Corporate Advisory and Corporate Governance

Related Party Transactions

We welcome interest from experienced Partners and high-performing Special Counsel or Senior Associates with 8-25+ years’ PAE from top/mid-tier, or boutique firms. You will bring strong expertise in high-value Corporate/M&A/ECM transactions, together with a transportable client base or established fee base in the vicinity of $1M+.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead, grow and influence in Perth and nationally - building long-term client relationships and mentoring a strong team of lawyers in a firm that values strategic thinking, technical excellence, and commercial drive.
