Sommelier/Bar - up to 30hrs (full time position negotiable)

Section waiter - up to 30hrs (PPT or casual)

Food runner/junior - 10-20hrs

Margan Restaurant is entering into its 19th year of trade, pioneers of agri dining, nestled in the little farming hamlet of Broke. We trade lunches Thursday - Monday, with the occasional evening service for functions/weddings.

Consistently featured in the Good Food Guide and awarded a hat for 7 years running.

Our retsaurant is attached to a critically acclaimed winery (est. 1996) and cellar door (est. 2007) and surrounded by graevines, orchards, sheep, chickens and one of the most striking views in the region. The right candidate, at any level, will be INTO food, wine and hospitality. We tell stories with our food and wine and our team are tasked with delivering that through their own voices.
