The role

We're seeking an enthusiastic Front of House/Kitchen Hand to join the friendly team at Walker Street Cafe Bar in Casino, NSW. This is a casual position, offering flexible work hours to suit your lifestyle.

Font of house - Barista experience and previous cafe experience is required we are looking to hire someone 20 - 30 hours per week with flexible hours - must be available most Saturdays

Kitchen - Previous experience as a kitchen hand is a must. We are looking for someone for approximately 15 - 20 hours with the chance for more if you are available to be an all-rounder and help out the front.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and seating customers, taking food and drink orders, and ensuring a great dining experience

Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including clearing and setting tables

Using the coffee machine so barista experience is a must

Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

Supporting the front of house team with any other duties as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, with a passion for food and drink

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and work collaboratively with the team

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

A friendly, professional, and positive attitude
