Located at 99 Brewer Road, Bentleigh, inside BloomSuites Bentleigh, our clinic has been purpose-built to deliver exceptional care in a calm, results-driven environment.

We are seeking skilled and passionate Dermal Therapists to join our founding team. This is a rare opportunity to be part of something new, client-focused, and boutique from the very beginning.

Your Role Will Include

Conducting personalised skin consultations and tailored treatment planning

Delivering advanced skin treatments, including laser therapies, Endermologie, microneedling, chemical peels, and other specialised modalities

Maintaining exceptional hygiene and treatment standards

Building long-term, trusted relationships with clients

Supporting day-to-day clinic operations and contributing to a collaborative team culture

Educating clients on skin health, treatment outcomes, and personalised skincare regimes

Representing the brand with professionalism, confidence, and care

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a confident and knowledgeable Dermal Therapist who is passionate about skin health and client outcomes. You should thrive in a boutique clinical environment where precision, professionalism, and client trust are at the core.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma of Beauty Therapy with minimum 2 years’ experience in laser and advanced skin treatments

Bachelor’s degree in Dermal Science or related discipline (with at least 1 year of skin-only experience) is highly regarded

Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions, and analysis

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High level of professional presentation and attention to detail

Confident working both independently and within a high-performing team

Warm, calm, and results-focused approach
