About the Role

At VC Dermal, we're looking for a passionate and results-driven Dermal or Beauty Therapist who genuinely cares about helping clients look and feel their best. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in creating real, lasting change in their clients' skin and confidence. You'll be working with advanced technologies and professional-grade ranges — Lira Clinical, Clear Choice, and Hale & Hush — while delivering treatments such as chemical peels, laser facials, skin needling, CoolSlimming, and more.

You'll join a supportive, high-performing team where education, honesty, and client trust come first. We're not a high-turnover shopping centre clinic — we build relationships, not transactions. Every client who walks through our doors receives a customised, holistic approach to skin health, and you'll play a key role in making that happen.

Key Responsibilities

As As a Beauty / Dermal Therapist, you'll:

Greet clients with warmth and professionalism.

Maintain a clean, inviting front-of-clinic area.

Manage appointment scheduling and respond to client inquiries.

Promote products, treatments, and services with confidence.

Collaborate with the Clinic Manager to maintain a positive and supportive workplace culture.

Perform our full suite of treatments, including skin needling, laser therapies, and chemical peels.

Educate clients on skincare routines and treatment plans.

Uphold hygiene standards and ensure client safety and satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you should have:

A beauty therapy or dermal therapy qualification (essential).

A Diploma level qualification in beauty therapy or dermal therapy is required.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

The ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.

A motivated, enthusiastic attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Impeccable presentation and professionalism.

Flexibility to work two late nights per week and every Saturday (9:00 - 3:30)

A minimum of 2+ years experience in beauty or dermal therapy is essential.

Australian work rights are essential for this position.
