We’re looking for a Membership Consultant to bring enthusiasm, drive, and people skills to our clubs in Balhannah, SA 5242 and Nairne, SA 5252. This is a casual position with flexible hours and the potential to grow into a part-time or full-time role for the right person. You’ll enjoy working in a dynamic, supportive, and rewarding environment within one of Australia’s leading fitness brands.

Duties & responsibilities:

Respond to sales enquiries via phone calls and emails

Marketing outreach including handing out flyers and similar activities

Manage membership retention by engaging with customers

Building on club culture through engagement with social media

Keep the club clean and tidy

Use our CRM and Billing systems to manage administrative tasks and records

Supporting the club manager to achieve their targets

Experience & attributes:

Sales experience is a plus

First Aid and CPR certifications or willingness to obtain

Police and Working With Children checks or willingness to obtain

Must be 21 years of age or older

Certificate III in Fitness or higher is advantageous, though non-essential

Comfortability in front of the camera is a bonus

Availability for Saturday work

Must be available for morning shifts on Saturdays

Ability to work well within a team environment

Be friendly and welcoming manner with customers

Motivation to achieve sales results
