KLH & Associates is a long standing and well-established firm located in Castle Hill. Our practise areas include Family Law, Estate Planning, Building and Construction litigation, Criminal Law and Conveyancing. We are located close to the metro and busses and also offer off street secure parking.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Associate with 5+ years PAE in the areas of wills, estate planning and family law to join our team initially on a part time basis of 3 - 4 days per week with the opportunity to increase hours. In this role, you will work across a diverse and engaging range of family law, wills and estates matters, including:

· Divorce and separation.

· Parenting arrangements, child support and property settlements.

· Binding Financial Agreements and Consent Orders.

· Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and Estate Planning.

· Probate and Letters of Administration.

· Contested and complex estate matters.

You will have the ability to work independently whilst having the opportunity to learn and be mentored by the principal.

Essential Criteria

· Hold a current NSW legal practising certificate.

· A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in family law, wills, estates and probate.

· Have the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

· Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

· Excellent drafting, advocacy, negotiation and communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
