The Role As the Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a local portfolio of 155 properties.

You’ll be supported by your own Leasing Consultant. Accounts and Administrator, freeing you up to focus on relationship management and service delivery.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Overseeing repairs and maintenance requests
• Liaising with landlords and tenants with a “six-star service” approach
• Attending tribunal and preparing necessary documentation
• Building long-lasting client relationships

The Ideal Candidate You’ll be a polished and articulate Property Manager with at least 5+ years’ experience, confident in managing a portfolio and passionate about client care.

To be successful, you’ll need:

• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Experience with Property Me or Tree
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
