Position Overview:
Full Time Permanent position based in our Perth Studio.
Junior Service Desk Analyst to work with the National team.
Responsible for providing Level 1 Service Desk support for COX users and assist other engineers within the team when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Desk (SD) Support
First line user support for staff IT issues and service requests, across all studios.
Monitor the Helpdesk for new or updated requests. SD requests should be picked up instantly and assigned, working through issues with users in a collaborative, timely fashion.
Assist other studios by monitoring their service requests and act when appropriate.
Give advice and guidance to staff on issues such as spam and unwanted or malicious emails.
User Hardware Asset Management
Maintain accurate records in the asset register and documentation throughout the procurement and operational lifecycle of hardware.
Ensure compliance of deployed and licensed software and remediating where required.
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to ensure effective, cost-efficient procurement and usage within the COX Architecture network.
General IT/Ad hoc
Occasional support in other IT areas during busy times – such as leave cover.
Assist with AV equipment and Printers/Plotters as required.
Experience/Skills:
Experience working with computers.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build effective relationships.
Strong focus on customer service.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaborate as part of a team.
Excellent time management with ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
Strong attention to detail.
Motivated, punctual and prompt to act on support requests.
Qualifications:
Tertiary qualification highly desirable
