Environment Manager - ERP Transformation Program

Location: Sydney (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Type: Permanent | Salary: $190K-$210K + Super

About the role
Reporting to the CIO, you'll lead environment governance, release coordination, and non-production stability across a complex, integrated ecosystem. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure readiness, coordination, and seamless deployment outcomes.

Duties/Key responsibilities

• Define and implement environment governance across ERP and integrated platforms
• Manage environment lifecycle, including refreshes, access, and data masking
• Oversee usage and stability of SIT, UAT, and Production-like environments
• Coordinate across multiple teams and vendors to avoid environment conflicts
• Represent the function in program governance and project reviews

Skills and experience

• 10+ years in enterprise environments with complex ERP ecosystems (SAP, Dynamics, Oracle etc.)
• Deep understanding of environment lifecycle, data management, and deployment pipelines
• Strong grasp of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and infrastructure integration
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and governance reporting skills
• Calm, structured, and pragmatic approach with strong communication skills
• Prior success stabilising environment operations in large programs
